Hello,
you People in the New World!

You went out of the Old
because you were caught in poverty.
In faith of a new future you invaded the paradise of the Native Americans.

You have destroyed, because you didn’t know better.
You have built a country in which everyone had their opportunity
if only he had faith in his skill, his confidence, his SELF.

All you people in the New World,
you have been pioneers,
you have been splendidly creative,
but now you are facing the greatest challenge of all times.

Lift your voice,
join in the chorus
your President has struck up:

“Yes, we can!”

He needs you,
he needs every single voice
(we do too),
just as last year.

Don’t leave him alone,
don’t let him starve,
support him with everything that is sacred to you.
He depends on you.
Each voice counts.

We in the Old World,
which is your past,
you are creating a new future.
We also are with you,
we also are ready,
by the time a people, a family, the whole world sticks together.

Then the future, for the good of each and everybody, is ready-made within the next second.

All you People of the Whole World
You are one single patchwork family, that ist recovering, if we open the window of the future together
so that love prevails over war, murder and adversity!
And Earth has her long-desired Peace.

You have stepped up to accomplish.
And all togther the big clou will come off.

All together we are in the same boat and if nothing happens all of us
(not only the Third World) will sit in the boat of distress!

Arise!
Call the sleepers!
Call out:
Wir are all citizens of the one World!
Let there be Peace!

Germany has led the way,
the wall fell within one night,
after a whole nation
arose
and spoke with one voice.
And so the (reputed) slip of the tongue poured out of Schabowski’s mouth,
which carried in itself freedom and the end of deception!
